Leonardo, being from the Northeast, knows what it means to face adaptation challenges, cultural change, and the need for reinvention. When he migrated from Paraíba to Rio de Janeiro, he personally experienced the breaking of paradigms and the need for resilience to integrate into a new reality. He uses this experience to help his clients cope with the challenges of migration. His own journey, marked by challenges he turned into opportunities, forms the foundation of his consultancy. He understands the pain of adaptation but also the opportunities that arise when you have the courage to start over, and this is what he offers his clients: an empathetic and practical perspective on how to overcome migration barriers with confidence and strategy.

The daughter of a public school teacher and a bricklayer from the suburbs of Rio de Janeiro, she not only ventured through the United States but also traveled to several countries in Europe and Africa, gaining firsthand understanding of the different realities and challenges of migration in various contexts. This international experience, combined with her humble roots, gives her a unique understanding of the desires and obstacles that people face when they decide to change their lives and start over in another country.
